Most of the signal was lost in the thick walls, which led to data loss and poor communication quality. The company's engineers had to start developing from scratch, and, finally, we can see the first results very soon.
To eliminate the shortcomings of the new technology, a special antenna was used. Now the signal is not lost in various surfaces, and its stability has increased significantly. Samsung representatives claim that the first such devices, which also use the standards 802.11a and 802.11b, will go on sale next year.
The first devices that support increased data transfer rates will be various medical audio and video devices, as well as telecommunications equipment. Samsung also plans to neatly incorporate a new technology into its concept of “Smart Home”.
Ideally, the new wireless data transmission technology will allow you to transfer movies weighing 1.5 GB in less than 3 seconds.
