Let me explain why commenting reviews is so crucial for any developer. First of all - this is a feedback with your community. Someone can not understand your application, and you want to give him a hint, but you can not do it because of one-way communication. Someone pours you undeserved dirt, and you have no opportunity to protect yourself and the honor of your studio. Such a system is very far from transparency and openness.

Microsoft unexpectedly decided on this serious step, and the developers are now looking intently at Apple, whose App Store is so far deprived of such amenities. After all, you must admit that this is just great when you can directly communicate with the developer of your favorite game, ask him questions, consult, give advice and feel a response.

The feedback system will be convenient in the sense that if a developer responds too negatively or even offensively in response to your review, you can file a complaint with him. So the total outrage and constant abuse in the App Store should not wait.

Personally, I want to believe that if the policy of the giant Microsoft corporation has changed so much for the sake of greater openness of its App Store, then Apple’s leadership should think about it a little.
