In fact, such cases were inevitable in one form or another, given how people are unpredictable creatures.
The situation with the Xbox One is no better. Online gameplay translations on this console are not yet available, but on it you can chat in Skype with friends and acquaintances. And, as it turned out, all your conversations are carefully monitored and viewed by Microsoft, as some users received very funny warning screens notifying them that access to the Network from their gaming console was blocked. Microsoft politely, though not without spelling mistakes, offered to particularly rude players who allow themselves a lot of the mate in Skype to "play something else that does not require access to the Web." Sony, unlike its main rival, has not yet banned user consoles, being limited only to the closure of conflicting video streams.
As a result, at the moment, Sony and Microsoft are carefully tracking online broadcasts and negotiations between their users and are trying to stop any contradictory actions. You might think that they violate the civil rights of people, but if you look at it from the other side, not only adults, but also small children play video games. In addition, all the rules and powers of the manufacturers of consoles are clearly spelled out in the user agreements, which still almost no one reads. And it says that Sony and Microsoft have the right to access the communication and broadcasting of their users, as well as prevent any violations of the norms of behavior.
By the way, not so long ago, Nintendo was shocked that the application for the exchange of personal messages, photos and drawings, which is included in the software of their pocket console Nintendo 3DS, was seen not quite healthy activity.
